Frequently Asked Questions

Product Care

Question: How much will the product shrink?
Answer: This varies for different products and fabric types. All of the products available take into account the shrinkage factor and are made to fit after washing. As a precaution, follow the prescribed recommendations on the tag. We prefer to use a 100% pre-shrunk cotton, but as with any cotton, there is minimal shrinkage, but not enough to warrant sizing up.

Question: How do I launder my new item?
Answer: Always wash ‘like’ colored products with one another. Follow the prescribed recommendations on the tag. For two color shirts, like a ringer t-shirt, initially wash alone in warm water to avoid bleeding of colors. For 100% polyester garments, we recommend machine wash and a LOW dryer.  High heat tends to ruin the integrity of the print over time. For numbered Items, like jerseys, softball t-shirts etc... low heat is also recommended.  Sometimes the vinyl numbers will either heat up too much and stick together or in some rare cases have gotten stuck in the nooks and crannies of the dryer, causing the number to melt and burn.  Just be cautious, we work hard on our product and wouldn't want them ruined!!

Question: What if my product doesn't fit?
Answer: Please see our sizing charts for sizing.  We do not refund or replace based on the incorrect size.  See our Terms and Conditions Page for further details.
